As part of the Care for WASH program, Global Ehsan Relief Sri Lanka successfully handed over a fully equipped water well with a pump to vulnerable families in Navaladi, Batticaloa. This critical initiative addresses the ongoing water challenges faced by the community, where access to clean and safe water is limited. The newly constructed well not only ensures a steady water supply for drinking and daily needs but also alleviates the hardships of traveling long distances to fetch water. By implementing sustainable water solutions, GER is committed to improving health, sanitation, and living conditions for underserved communities, fostering a healthier and more dignified life for those in need. This project reflects GER’s mission to bring lasting change through its WASH initiatives, directly impacting the lives of those struggling with water scarcity.
